We’ve been working this land all our lives. And, while we initially started Osprey Organic to safeguard the sources of our spring water and protect them from agricultural chemicals, it has been a certified organic family-farm since 2010.

Our 3,500 acres of pristine farmland is 100% Canadian owned and operated. It’s also where we produce a wide variety of all natural, organic products – including delicious maple syrup, wholesome grain products and farm staples like straw and hay bales.

Our organic farm is more than a business, it’s a family tradition that we protect, cherish and, one day, hope to pass along to our children and their children. Every decision we make is made to ensure our land – and the environment – stays healthy for generations to follow.


A COMMITMENT TO THE OLD WAYS

We use seed varieties that are as “ancient” as possible and, of course, not genetically modified or treated with pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.


NATURE KNOWS BEST

We care for the soil by adding naturally occurring fertilizers such as manure or foliage plow-downs to build the soil. These forms of soil amendments create healthy soils for years to come, not just the next crop.
